MY OPINION
I never had a thing for full
coverage foundation. I like mine sheer and light and natural. That is why I was
delighted on the prospect of trying out mineral foundation.
Mineral Hygienic Mineral
Foundation is my first go with any mineral makeup. And I fell in love with the foundation
formula instantly. It is lightweight, doesn’t clog pores, the skin keeps
breathing and the natural beauty is enhanced. It does not at all feel powdery
but rather makes me look radiant and fresh giving a flawless, perfect finish. Amazingly, it is pretty long lasting! For oily or combination skin, this foundation is a dream in a jar.
Not to forget this foundation
provides sun protection, is water resistant and is safe for all skin types
especially people with sensitive skin.
I received two samples in ‘Light’
and in ‘Medium’ both having neutral undertones. Both of them are so much alike
that it took me 3-4 attempts to finally find my perfect match. The thing about
mineral foundation is that when you apply it on your face it warms up after 3-5
mins. So in case you are finding your skin match you need to wait for a few
minutes after applying it on your jaw-line, in a way you are actually selecting
a shade slightly lighter that will warm up later to match your tone, otherwise
you may end up choosing a colour that will make you darker than your actual
skin shade. I am thinking of doing a picture tutorial soon showing how to find
your mineral foundation skin match.
A mineral foundation can provide
from sheer to heavy coverage. If you use a larger fluffy brush it will provide a sheer coverage
and if you use a small brush with densely packed bristles it will give a heavy
coverage.

I say that every makeup lover has
to try this mineral foundation once to see the world of difference it makes
from the BB creams and liquid foundations.
