MY OPINION
The third eyeshadow palette I got to try from Makeup Revolution is What Are You Waiting For? If you haven't already read my previous MUR reviews read them here and here, because mostly the eyeshadow are same in pigmentation, texture, longevity and blendability. The only difference is the colours.
What Are You Waiting For? contains a mixture of matte and shimmer shades mostly comprising of nudes and a few dark ones, perfect to glam up your look. The variety of colours makes it ideal for any vacation as you can change your eye makeup from day to nighttime and not to forget it also includes a large mirror. Most colours have great pigmentation and texture. Although, compared to the last two palettes I found some shades in this palette having somewhat low colour payoff. And some shades were quite chalky, particularly Life Is Short, the black shimmer.
I LOVEEE Wicked Style which is a gorgeous jet black matte and Take A Chance which is a stunning shimmery pink. I also found the shades 2 to 5, from the top right, quite similar to each other. Personally, if I already own Iconic 3, I wouldn't go for this palette and spend on something altogether different like maybe Colour Chaos (it looks like one awesome palette to play with).

MY RATING
This palette is a great bargain but if you already own Iconic 3 and do not really need matte eyeshadows, I'd suggest you to skip this.
